Every Lueur order ships with full tracking. Your tracking number arrives by email as soon as your piece leaves the atelier (1–3 business days after your order).
To check your delivery:
1. Find the tracking number in your shipping confirmation email.
2. Paste it into the carrier link in that same email — or into 17track.net, which follows every carrier we use.
3. Allow 24–48 hours after the email for the first scan to appear.
Can't find your confirmation email, or has tracking stalled for more than 5 days? Write to support@ickdeleteco.com with your order number and we'll chase it down for you — usually within one business day.
