Every Lueur piece is inspected, wrapped in protective foam and packed by hand before it leaves the atelier.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days.
Delivery time
Standard tracked delivery typically takes 7–15 days from dispatch, depending on your region. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Shipping cost
Shipping is calculated at checkout. Promotional free-shipping offers, when active, are applied automatically.
Tracking
All orders ship with full tracking. Follow your delivery any time via the link in your shipping confirmation email or on our Track Your Order page.
Delays
Occasionally carriers experience delays beyond our control. If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, contact support@ickdeleteco.com and we will investigate immediately.
Damaged in transit
If your piece arrives damaged, photograph the item and packaging and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no cost.
