How long does delivery take?
Every piece is inspected and packed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 days, with full tracking from the moment it leaves the atelier.
Is shipping really tracked?
Yes — every order ships with a tracking number, sent to your email automatically. You can also follow it any time on our Track Your Order page.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship across the United States, with more regions coming soon.
The Product
Will my lamp look exactly like the photos?
Very close — but never identical, and that's deliberate. Each piece is hand-poured and hand-finished, so tone, base grain and small details vary. Your lamp is one of one.
How is it powered?
Most pieces run on low-energy LED via USB (cable included where noted). Selected larger pieces include a power adapter or mains cord — see each product's Details section.
Is resin safe and durable?
Yes. Cured epoxy resin is stable, non-toxic and made to last decades. Wipe with a soft dry cloth; keep out of prolonged direct sunlight to preserve clarity.
Returns & Support
What if it arrives damaged?
Photograph the piece and packaging and contact us within 48 hours — we'll replace it at no cost, no debate.
What's your return policy?
30 days, straightforward. If a piece isn't right for your space, we'll help you return or exchange it. Full details in our Return Policy.
