We want every Lueur piece to feel right in your space. If it doesn't, our return process is simple.
30-day returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery. Pieces should be unused, in their original condition and packaging.
How to start a return
Email support@ickdeleteco.com with your order number and the reason for return. We will reply within one business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will be notified by email at every step.
Exchanges
Prefer a different size or piece? We are happy to arrange an exchange — just mention it in your return request.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we will send a replacement at no cost — no return required in most cases.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
